The feedback reporter adds a button to Code Snippets screens for reporting bugs, requesting features, and sending general feedback — straight from the plugin, with none of the “please describe your environment” back-and-forth.
Turning it on
The reporter is off by default. Enable it under Snippets → Settings → Advanced with the Enable Feedback Reporter option, and the button appears on the plugin’s screens.
What’s included in a report
For bug reports, the panel shows an environment summary — your WordPress, PHP, theme, and plugin versions — plus your site address and contact details, and any JavaScript errors captured on the page. It lists exactly what will be sent before you send anything, so there are no surprises.
Similar reports
The panel also shows similar reports that other users have already filed. If your problem is already known, you can add your details to the existing report instead of creating a duplicate.
Reports are sent through your site’s server, never straight from your browser.
This feature is available in Code Snippets 4.0 or later, in both the free and Pro versions.
