1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our nonprofit support program, organizations must:
- Be a registered nonprofit organization with valid tax-exempt status documentation
- Maintain an active web presence with verifiable information
- Have a clearly defined mission that aligns with our company values
- Demonstrate intended meaningful use of our plugin
- Provide complete and accurate information in the application
- Comply with all approval criteria as outlined in our program guidelines
2. Application Process
By submitting an application to our nonprofit support program:
- You certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete

- You acknowledge that incomplete applications may be rejected without notice

3. Program Benefits and Limitations
Approved organizations will receive:
- A one-year discount coupon, renewable upon review

Limitations:
- Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value
- Coupons are valid for one year from issue date
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue benefits at any time
4. Use of Information
By applying to our program:
- You grant us permission to verify all submitted information
- You consent to being listed on our website and marketing materials (if approved)
- You authorize us to use your organization’s name, logo, and brief description
- You agree to notify us of any significant changes to your organization’s status or mission
5. Termination and Revocation
We reserve the right to terminate benefits and remove organizations from our program if:
- False information is discovered in the application
- The organization engages in activities inconsistent with our values
- The organization loses its nonprofit status
- The plugin is used for purposes other than those stated in the application
- The organization violates any terms or conditions herein
6. Renewal Process
To maintain program benefits:
- Organizations must apply for renewal annually
- Renewal applications are subject to the same approval criteria as initial applications
- We may request updated documentation during the renewal process

Our support of a nonprofit organization does not constitute endorsement of all activities, statements, or positions of that organization. We make no representations or warranties regarding the organizations listed on our site.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to program participants.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Hague.
