Code Snippets was born from a need every WordPress user faces at some point: how to safely add small bits of custom PHP without risking a site crash. Shea Bunge brought it to life as a WordPress plugin in 2012 and what began as a humble side project steadily gained traction in the WordPress community thanks to its simplicity and usefulness.
Over the years, the plugin’s vision matured – to create a cleaner, safer, more powerful alternative to editing core theme files. That philosophy still drives everything we do.
